Recent drawing homework

Our current project in Drawing is to create a 4 foot self portrait. This week a thumbnail of that was due (18x24inches). Which will then be blown up. I'm pretty happy with mine and through doing it discovered that I actually like using chalk pastels. My teacher Sally Eckhoff said it's a little boring, and I agree with her, so my challenge for the larger version is to make it more interesting.
